I have a used Nismo GT 500 Shift Knob (Urethane) $50

Nismo Urethane shift knob for greater feel when changing gears. Screw part made of special plastic to minimise heat transfer from the gearbox.

Please note. This shift is for 6 Speed with a 12mm diameter.
