Need Help For My Cefiro A31

Good Day guys! I'm new in the forum, need help on an on-going problem I've been having. Just a little background, I have a Cefiro A31 RB24S stock engine. Last month, every time I gas up... gas overflows from carb and drowns. Had my mechanic check why its happening and he saw that the fuel line return is cut and closed so he fabricated a new line for the return from the carb . Its running well after a day and until I went to the highway...... when I'm running at 4th or 5th gear already, the car chokes but it doesn't die. After the first choke, its a struggle going beyond 2000rpm, after a continous push it goes away. Hope you could help me. Thanks!

just sounds like your carbie is due for a rebuild there my man, do they do service kits for them in your country?
