R32 common problem is with the servo actuator motor near passenger kick panel, the cold solder goes in the pins inside the plug causing it to not receive power unless the plug is physically pushed in. Wherever the last position the motor had power determines whether you are stuck with hot or cold air,

Search for the R32 service manual, it has the method on how to put the climate control into diagnostic mode so you know exactly what isn't working.

  • 2 weeks later...

anyway here is what i got from the diagnosis mode can anyone help?

-26 = blend door fault.

and my sensors

22.5 = outsidetemp

22.5 = inside

32 = air intake (before evaporator)

-30 = refrigerant temp (after evaporator)

checked the blend door and it wasnt moving with temperature settings so i unplugged it and cleaned the plug and refitted it and now the blend door actuator is working. so i think i just need a/c gas.
