Adjusting R34 Headlights

Hey all,

IN B4: I have searched three times (for luck) for a tutorial WITH Pics on how to adjust R34 (xenon) headlights.

My passenger side headlight has been aimed at a depressed angle of about 87 degrees. It's great for when you're parked on the side of a dark road and you feel like kneeling in front of your R34 to do up your shoe!

Trying to discern how to do it from the R32 tutorial is hard. I see one white plastic gear 'sandwich' on the inside edge of the headlights, but they're blocked by the front reinforcement. I also see screwbolts going into the headlight assemblies, but I'm pretty sure these just attach the assemblies to the car.

Please, somebody just post a labeled picture or two, saying which little finicky tiny hex bolt adjusts up/down and left/right
