'89 R32 GTS-t Manual Sedan Light Silver

Lismore NSW

I bought this car newly complied in 2002 with 73,000 Km on the clock.

I've done a lot of upgrades and tasteful mods and had plans for big power but never had the funds or the time to take it all the way.

I don't get to drive the car as much as I'd like and have only put up about 20,000Km in the 9 years I've owned it.

Everyone that's been in my car says it is the cleanest and most original R32 around.

The car has always been garaged but now the garage is being renovated into a studio so I've decided it's time to sell it.

I've spent a lot of money on this car and also have bought a lot of parts for further mods that haven't been fitted.

These parts will be sold separately.

The mods as the car sits now.

Fujitsubo Powergetter S.S. exhaust. also has S.S. Fujitsubo noise legal muffler (5 min. to swap over)

Catco 5" metal substrate cat.

Hybrid 600x300x75mm Bar and plate FMIC with custom aluminium piping.

Splitfire coils.

NGK Iridium plugs.

Apexi panel filter with R32GTR factory intake ducting.

GTR fuel pump with wiring upgrade.

Heavy duty Aluminium radiator.

R33gts25t Manual gearbox.

Nismo transmission mount.

Heavy duty 900Kg ceramic cushion clutch.

Tomei 300KPH speedo.

Blitz RacingID boost gauge in custom pod.

Factory boost gauge replaced with factory volt meter from R32 non-turbo.

New leather gear-stick and handbrake gaiters.

R34GTT alloys in charcoal 2 pack.

225/45/17 Bridgestone Potenza S-03 tyres all round 80% tread.

R33gts25t front calipers and slotted rotors.

R32GTR cross drilled rotors on rear.

Aluminium strut-tower brace.

Koni Sport shocks with Kings low springs all round.

Nolathane adjustable castor rod bushes, adjustable camber upper arm bushes, lower control arm bushes and adjustable camber rear bushes.

Noltec urethane rear cradle mounts.

I have installed an $8K competition sound system in this car but the purchaser might not want it all at extra cost so it's negotiable.

At $8,500 the car includes an Eclipse head unit , a quality 10"subwoofer , an amp and a decent pair of splits in the front.

    • Have you done the Ignition Sync Wizard in the AEM software?
    • Find out what RPM it was idling at with the IACV unplugged. It's very weird that the rpm didn't change at all, and then it stalled. When it stalls is it nearly like a switch off, like you've turned the engine off? Or is it more stutters and sputters and coughs to death over a few seconds? Or does the RPM just slowly keep going down and down? Have you done a test of trying to start it with the AFM unplugged? Does it still die?     If you Follow Josh's advice on using Nistune to check the voltages (which is a perfect method!) if you see anything out of wack voltage wise, THEN get the multimeter out and read the voltage directly at the sensor. If the two vary, then you're now looking for a wiring issue vs a sensor issue. So be aware, what the ECU sees, may not be what the sensor is actually saying too...
    • You very likely need to get it on a dyno and tune it. My assumption is, you've got an RB25DET tune in it, which has a different manifold, different injectors, and different cams as a minimum. What O2 sensor are you running?   When you say it runs extremely rich from idle all the way to redline, is this just free revving it you see that?
    • I seem to the be only person that is using a Haltech 2500 on an NA motor, I've installed a Bosch DBW throttle body to the OEM intake manifold and am having problems maintaining AFR even with the wideband o2.  It will run extremely rich at idle and up to redline, but under load it will go extremely lean in the 20s and i'm essentially having to rev it over 4k and feather the clutch to get it up to speed.  I've read a few other threads of about the butterfly, it seems removing the vacuum to it is supposed to have it remain open, i've noticed no difference under 4k with the vacuum line to it plugged.  I'm hoping someone here has had luck using the NA manifold with Haltech, and if they happen to have a tune for it.
    • I don't know any details, but I really wouldn't be surprised if they do it as a LHD only version, at least initially.
