180SX with s14A front end conversion. Genuine Nissan front bar, genuine headlights and radiator support all professionally fitted (receipt for $5000incl). Just sprayed matt black by professional painter in a booth with proper 2pack paint. SR20 with VCT & 5spd from S14, wiring set up with consult port for NIStune, Walbro in tank fuel pump. HKS 2860 turbo & boost controller, 3 inch stainless exhaust. 5 stud conversion with S14 4 piston front brakes. Hybrid front V mounted intercooler with custom brackets and all custom aluminium piping. 50mm alloy SABER radiator with falcon thermo fans, battery relocated to boot. 18x8.5 &18x9.5 wheels (starcorp?) with some scratches. BC coilovers, rose jointed adjustable castor rods & adjustable rear camber arms. S15 front seats, autometer boost gauge, Kenwood DVD MP3 player with fold away screen, usb ports, rca's and ipod connecter. Front splits, rear speakers, 12"sub & amp in boot. Power windows, electric mirrors all work.

Bad points- Drivers door drim is missing cloth insert. Window tints are a bit shit. Speedo reads very low, zero... Wheels have scratches but nothing major.

    • Oh right, I didn't realise it was your car. Please do! Makes me feel better about mine. I also have a big scrape on the front left bumper where someone presumably used the wall to guide the car into a parking spot  But somehow all the funds go towards mechanical things and the cosmetics stay forever unfinished... Interesting, I don't think I have seen it before. But after seeing @PranK's rusty roofline on the BMW I'd probably leave it alone. Wouldn't want water to get in there.

    • Infiniti US are teasing a manual Q50 as a way to refresh a (very old) model. https://torquecafe.com/manual-performance-sedans-arent-dead-yet/ Can't be too technically difficult given the Z has the same motor with a manual gearbox......here's hoping there is a JDM version we can import here, that would save me a world of headaches
    • It's almost certainly a reluctor generating an "AC" waveform. No, ECUs don't generally read those - they're usually set up for PWM square wave 0-5v stuff.
    • Working through possible solutions of converting my mechanical speedo.    Anyone know what type of speedo sensor the factory r34 gtr getrag has ? what the output is ? I assume its not a VSS and more a voltage like earlier speedo sensors ? Can an ECU read it ?
