Very long story....Short...

R33 Rb25de has been off the road no rego for over a year now. Pending all goes to plan i should have the car back with in the next 2 months.

Now R33 Rb26dett, With all the suporting mods.

Ive looked at the engine mod forms and info on the RTA site.

Is it as simple as me getting a blue slip with the new enigne number and then paying 3rd party like anyother car.

Will i need to go over the "pits" ?

Anything under 15% power increase will not require engineer cirts ect, Though this is probly quite a bit over that.

Anyone who has gone through this process would be great if you could hshare some info with me.

Finally got hold of the RTA,

Apparently all i need is a ammdenment of records, which will put the new engine number on the rego ( silly question, Were can i find the engine number)

Then take hard copys into the RTA with and old rego paper with my name on it to get it all transfered ( as rego has lapsed)

Then get blue slip and third party as per usual,

No emmision testing, No new weight ticket required.

Might call back tomorrow and speak to someone other, See if i get the same answers.
