G'day all,

I've replaced the AFM in my R32 so far so good (touch wood) - But I am wondering what would be causing the revs to drop to almost stall.

Say I am driving along in traffic in 2nd @ 1,500 - 2,000 RPM and push the clutch in the revs drop (obviously) down normally to about 800rpm to move up to 900rpm idle, nothing seems wrong here.

But if I am going along in 2nd @ around the 3,000rpm mark or higher then push the clutch in the revs drop down to about 200 - 300rpm and looks like it is about to stall (but it does not) then moves back up to the normal 900rpm.

Just curious if anyone would know why it drops more when the RPM is higher. Since the car was cutting out in stop go traffic I get a little nervous when I see it happen.

Any ideas or info would be awesome!

Cheers,

Chris
