Okay have an obundance of V8 supercar 17inch magnesium wheels I want to get out of the workshop.

We have upgraded most cars to the current (2012) team dynamics alloys so these are redundant to me now.

Some are black some white. They are the 5 spoke speed line design wheels run on VT-VY before they went to OZ racing wheels.

Condition varies from perfect near new to straight but chipped powder coat all the way to smashed and damaged.

A lot of these have only been used in DVS others are ex HRT, if someone wants one signed buy a 888, GRM or teckno driver I can arrange something for them at the upcoming test day.

Perfect wheels $250

Damaged wheels $150

Smashed wheels $50

Have piles of tires that can be mounted to the rim for free if desired

Pick up only from Campbeltown.

Silly question probably but what width and offset are they? I have a few mates chasing some cool 5/120 wheels.

They are a controlled 11inch wide rim with a roughly + 30 offset that can be machined by the teams to whatever they want. So offsets could be anything.

These are all a centre lock type rim that uses 5 drive pegs and centre lock nut.

A lot of the tires are stil usable.

I don't like your chances of fitting them under skyline guards though. The profile is twice what you'd normally want to run.

Call sonic if your looking for just tires come down one afternoon and go rummaging through the mezzanine floor. There is probably 50 odd tires of various sizes you might find something that suits

    • Haha no I'll do that one tomorrow. I've been ignoring it. It's the 5.0 one I'm taking about. (There is a little X to hide the 4.7 one if you want)
    • So I'm going to have to keep ignoring the 4.7 update, or whatever version it is? Poop. I was hoping you'd put me out of my misery.
    • We have a huge update coming in the next few months, version 5 of Invision will be released. I'm holding off any changes until after this change as I'm not sure what features will be removed or introduced.
    • Yeah, plenty of air flow, there is a dedicated path that feeds the air in to the OEM intake tube behind the bumper As for a "tangible effect", maybe, but getting the pod/intake air out of the hot engine bay is worth it psychologically to me, even if it gives no performance difference, so the tangible effect in my Lizard brain saysss yessss  In the end, to me a tangible effect isn't always about performance, sometimes it a sound or a look, or even a...... feeling  Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga
    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
