Hey guys and girls.

FOR SALE: A HKS gt2535 with a T3 0.64 ar.

Straight bolt on for RB20 RB25. With a HKS 10psi internal wastegate.

I've also seen the T3 0.64 gt2535 bolted to CA18det's and SR20dets with a T3 footprint manifold or a simple T2 to T3 adaptor plate.

In my personal opinion the HKS 2535 is simply best suited on a the little revving RB20. A close mate of mine had one on his r32 rb20 powered

gts-t 4-5yrs back and made a outstanding 239rwkw's. I can't show a dyno graph as it was sold with car many moons ago lol. But it brought his humble little RB20 to life with so much midrange power and torque for a RB20. If I remember correctly it made those numbers on pump 98 and 17-18psi dropping to 14ish psi in the higher revs. They honestly are a fantastic little turbo alternative to a hiflow. My opinion there a touch better than the general hiflows out there.

I bought this HKS gt2535 360ps 0.64 T3 flange turbo from created motorsports brand new for around $1700 from memory for my r33 rb25 series2. Then I had to get the braided oil+water lines, proper 3" dump pipe. With that turbo set up and other minor bolt ons it made a nice and

smooth and punchy for the street 230rwkw on a

safe tune by rob at Created motorsports. With

adding not long after that a nice custom 3"

stainless steel intake pipe was made from the

turbo mouth to the HKS mushroom filter.the

intake made a nice noticeable better induction noise and nice gains in response

midrange and a slight pick up up top as the

factory rubber ones really are quite poor and

actually suck shut and killing airflow/POWER. for

anyone wanting to make over 200rwkw it needs

to binned and replaced with a solid unit.

NOW WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH KIT.

HKS gt2535 360ps/250rwkw rated T3 0.64ar turbo.

Braided oil/water lines + fittings.

A well built bell mouthed 304grd. SS dump pipe.

Custom created motorsports 304grd. SS intake pipe.

HKS green foam mushroom aircleaner.

All the rubber joiners + clamps needed.

So pretty is a straight bolt on kit.

It's still all in the car currently and wanting to finally upgrade to something a little bigger.

Is such a epic little awesome fun street turbo they really are. It's done around roughly 15,000km in that time and has very minimal shaft play with all blades non bent or chipped.

With e85 and a good tune I think it could make

the 270ish mark atw with absolutely killer

midrange.

PRICE: Thinking $1650ono. Whole kit.

LOCATION: Wangaratta Victoria 3677.

POSTAGE: Pick up or and send to anywhere in Australia at the buyers expense.

CONTACT/QUESTIONS: PM me or SMS ME on

0400215126. Can call but only between 6pm-8pm of a night as I'm a extremely busy person sorry.

Cheers JOSH.

Bump $1400 No body wants a awesome hks street turbo for there rb20/25?

Capable of 250rwkw on rb25 and possibly 270kw on e85.

    • It is a kunfine Android screen . Does anyone know the wirering diagram of the fuga ??
    • just an update to this, poor man pays twice  Tried sanding down the pulleys but it didnt do the trick. Chucked another second hand alternator in the na car which I got for free off my mate and its fixed the squelling. Must have been unlucky with the bearings.    As for my turbo car, I managed to pick up a cwc rb alternator conversion bracket + LS alternator for 250 off marketplace, looked to be in really good nick. Installed it , started the car and its not charging the battery.... ( Im not good with auto elec stuff so im not sure if this was all I needed to do but I verified such by using a multimeter on the battery when the engine was running and I was only getting 12.2v )   I had to modify the earth strap for the new LS alternator , factory earth strap was a 10mm bolt which did not fit the bolt on the LS alternator which was double the size so I cut it off , went to repco bought some ring terminals that fit, crimped it onto the old earth strap and bolted it up to the alternator , started the car and same issue. Ran like shit and was reading 12.2 at the battery.  For a "plug and play" advertised kit thats not very plug and play but alas.  My question is , am I missing something ? Ive been reading that some people recommend upgrading the stock 80 amp alternator fuse to a 140 amp but I dont see how that would stop the alternator charging especially at idle not under load.  Regardless ive pulled it out and am going to get it bench tested by an auto elec tomorrow but it would be handy to know if ive missed something silly or have done something wrong.
    • My wild guess is that you have popped off an intake pipe....check all of the hoses between the turbo and the throttle for splits or loose clamps.
    • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
    • To provide more specific help, more information is needed. What Android screen? What is its wiring diagram? Does the car's wiring have power at any required BAT and ACC wires, and is the loom's earth good?
