Parking light come on when i push the break pedal also the dash lights come on and the clock dims, this has only happened when i put on a new front bar and took off the front bar light and put new blinkers in , i tryed everything i cant work it out andy ideas or input

Sounds like your alternator is dying, and that's why the lights are dimming.

As fir the handbrake light, check your brake fluid. It's probably low.
