A lot of swap offers but I'm really just after the cash. I am a bit surprised myself to be honest. I don't think the price is unreasonable at all?

Price is ONO so I am happy to knock a bit off of that anyway for a serious buyer..

Due to the recent drop in jpy, there are a lot of these bought into the market a lot cheaper than before and thus affecting the local market as well imo...but now that the yen is getting stronger, prices will bump up in near future i reckon...
