Hey all,

As much as it kills me, deep inside to do this...I'm putting my beloved R32 up for sale.

The car is an '89 Model, Gunmetal Grey and has 145xxx on the clock. Paintwork is good for the age, showing some imperfections here and there but only to the fussy eye! The body is complete with the N1 side skirts and N1 air vents.

Engine was built ~5 years ago by Gavin Wood on the Gold Coast. Basic rundown is;

  • CP Pistons
  • Eagle Rods
  • Tomei cams
  • Springs/Retainers
  • Complete with a HKS turbo kit (2860 -5s, to our understanding...).
  • Full custom tucked 3.5" exhaust and high flow cat made by Fabulous Fabrications (beautiful work) along with custom Hot/Cold cooler pipe.
  • Intercooler (Definitely japanese, though unsure of brand...)
  • I've also just swapped out the Apexi FC with a Haltec Platinum, tuned by NextUp in Brisbane. Car made 385hp ATW on a 18psi. (Have Dyno sheet.)
  • Car was also just serviced by NextUp.

Since purchasing the car, i've completed an array of handling mods. These include:

  • Your choice of BC BR coilovers, or Bilstein/Eibach spring & strut combo (<My preference)
  • Cusco Swaybars
  • Cusco 1.5w rear diff, fully rebuilt and new diff bushing installed with newer (and slightly larger/stronger) R33 half shafts
  • Ikeya Formula front and rear upper control arms.
  • HICAS delete.

I've most likely forgot something...but off the top of my head, that's the impressive stuff.

You've got the option of stock R32 GTR wheels OR Super rare, and ever so sexy Desmond Regamasters in 17x10 +20 all around with brand new 255/40/17 Federal RSRs...these will of course attract a higher price tag.

I've put a lot of money into this recently, and a lot of time getting it right. I'm in the earthmoving industry and am expanding my business, so, i had to make the EXTREMELY difficult decision to sell to fund upgrades. Also selling my Airbagged VW Caddy van, if anyones interested (lol).

Car is located in Brisbane, please come and have a look and drive. It will come with 6 months rego and RWC.

Price is $19,990 ono with stock R32 GTR wheels, or $20,990 with Regamasters.

Please Call or SMS Drew on zero four 27 900 446 if you're interested.

I will arrange further photos tomorrow.

    • I've got a 2011 J50 that I imported six years ago. The unmodified factory AV system date and time has always been correct ( Japanese timezone of course ) up until last month. About two weeks ago, at engine start, the system wished me a happy new year ( in Japanese of course ). I can't think of anything that would make the system think that the date had changed, unless the GPS component has failed/reset somehow ? I checked the GPS reception in the system settings, and it can still see the satellites. Has any other J50 owner had this happen ?  It's no biggie, just annoying that it tells me the wrong date anytime I start the engine. 😅
    • Love following your adventures on IG, hopefully if you're still around in Japan when we visit again wouldn't mind going for a few beers with you (that's if you're keen on hearing how I hate Nissans).
    • ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?
    • Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
