R35 Gtr Brakes On To An R34 Gtr

Anyone fitted a full set r35 gtr brakes on to their r34 gtr ,I have been offered a set complete with rotars with all the new brackets to mount it on to the r34 gtr , on the gtr uk forum there was different opinions some reckoned the back brakes lock up so a bias was fitted others had no problem, plus the handbrake needs to be modified to work properly ,also lots of problems with brakes sticking on when the car is not used for a couple of weeks, any info would be appreciated before I purchase them, cheers Ewen
