What is this? Is this what's causing my oil leak

Got a meke oil puddle right under twin pipes which leads to nothing from what looks like an intercooler of some sort.

So is it leaking or just dribbled out because nothing is attached. That's the trans cooler probably. Is car converted to manual? Should I guess more?

By the looks of it dribbled out as theres no oil around it or around that area.. yep converted
