Guy's i've come across a T04e turbo at a nice price. I don't know anything about them. Could someone please fill me in on how they respond with RB20DET's etc.. here is the specs of the snail:

3" INLET DIAMETER

2" OUTLET

WET FLOATING BALL BEARINGS

1/8 NPT OIL INLET

T3 Flange type

SPECS:

.57 T COMPRESSOR WHEEL

.50 A/R COMPRESSOR

.63 A/R TURBINE

Stage 3 Wheel

They are a cheap  Copy of a Garrett Turbo ,, and from all reports they dontlast  Very long .. There is no such thing as wet floating bearings they are just plain bearing and not watercooled ,,  i would spend my money on some with a good brand name ..

garrett are the ones that brought out the T04E range.

that seems like a pretty nice combo for a street car.

the 57T T04E comp wheel is quite good as it has quite a large efficiency island, which would work quite nicely with the A/R .50 comp housing.

btw, it can also flow enough air to produce ~400bhp (providing the exhaust wheel can flow well enough aswell)
