Anyone got An AFM for a RB25DET I can borrow?

I am still having trouble with something to do with my AFM.

I thought it was the wiring to begin with, but have rewired it and the same problem persists.

Does someone have an AFM hanging around that I can borrow or buy?

Would be much appreciated

edit: And I think it needs to be from a series 1 (green sticker), cause series 1 and series 2 are different from what I've been told.....anyone who knows better, feel free to enlighten me...

yes series 1 afms are different to series 2

however i sold my old one which was in working order, sorry mate

no problemo.....thanks anyway, but I have solved the problem.

Figured the AFM was farked anyway so bit the bullet this arvo and pulled it apart.

Turns out the soldered connection from one of the pins (which the plug connects to) to the PCB had broken. Gave them all a dab of solder just to be sure and then siliconed the cover back on and she's as good as gold.

Previously if I moved the AFM at all the car would splutter and eventually stall. Now I can shake the farker like a screaming child ( ....j/k) and it doesn't miss a beat.

Whacked it all back together and took it for a spin over the bumpiest road I could find and it's all good

It's taken a week and a half to finally track down the source of the problem, so I'm pretty stoked atm....just wish I hadn't bastardised the wiring in the first place, cause that could have saved me a lot of heartache to begin with.
