i have the same problem. There should not be a boost cut at 10psi on an r33 series 1. My mate runs 12 everyday no problems and no other mods but exhaust and fmic...

Hey Boro, Yeh, we've had this conversation before... My r33 series 1.5 cuts boost at 10 psi even with my boost controller. Now when its getting dark and the air is much cooler boosting quicker i've hit 11 and 12psi but never above this. I've also had no problems running at this boost too. So i hear series 1 cut is 10psi and series 2 is 14psi. who would have thought 3 - 4 psi extra is that much faster :cheers:

Getting my SAFCII dyno tuned tomorrow too... Will be good to get the dyno gain stats. It's currently got a tank of optimax so i'm getting a tune touch up when i start running Ultimate into it. The mechanics said they have really seen a difference between the 2 fuels.

xr8eater you cant just change the afm. You will need a computer to tune it up after you change otherwise the car will run rancid. I will have my power fc tuned hopefully within the next week or so as i wait for my turbo to come, will tell you if that fixes the missfire, if not i will try new plugs again and coilpacks.

aarrhh !!!!!!! ok the plug and the coils are coming now. shit tin the idea of a Z32 afm and i guess i will have to lower the boost to about 9psi if nothing fixes it and save up for a safc
