Climate Control Din Units in the R32 Skylines

i have an 89 gtst4 with the old school analog climate control din unit,

and was woundering if i could do a straight swap with the digital one in the later models.

same.. nobody seems to have the knowledge or experience of converting it on here though.. lot of heresay, not much answers.

I want to look into it later on..

so far i believe I will need climate control.. wiring loom, and electric motors that control the flaps... may possibly also need to swap the whole latter model fan unit, and main heater box.

If you want to pull apart your whole dash, and let me know how it all works - that would be much appreciated I'm probably going to visit a halfcut and see how that all fits together.

If t is anything like the analog to digital conversion in an S13, it will take a bit of work and some wiring mods to get it right. For the S13 you needed the Digital Unit and Harness then modifications to the existing harness..
