Hi All,

Just joined, I've heard some people bought twin tyre rims in the last

10 years for various cars, I now have new and recon rims in various PCD for

heaps of different cars plus new tyres as well.

These are two separate tyres per single unit rim, here is a sample

advert with some technical information and links to hi res pictures,

Main advantage is ability to drive with a flat tyre and on more than one

wheel at a time...

Tyres also available separately in two different profiles,

Eg. for 125/90 with two per wheel makes for a equivalent 250/45

as the overall width is approx 10 inches...

Saw an old skyline once in perth around 1993 or 1994 which had twins on

the front and large single fats on the back, though that particular car

had 2 x 105/85 on front - bit lower than the 125/90 for same outside diameter.

Enquiries, thoughtfully answered or responded to in various levels of jest
