is there not something in the rules about bumping ur own thread too board nazi

Ahhh no mate there's not - applies to the Car Parts section coz of so many threads - but maybe you should actually read the sticky at the top of this section before making a fool of yourself... TWICE. In case you cant be bothered clicking the sticky - here is what it says:

Guys,

We are sick of deleting / editing peoples post becuase they are too lazy to read the rules or to bother to follow them.

Quite simply, if your not interested in buying a car - dont post in this section.

You should only post if your interested in buying the car - this means that if you think its a bad car, good car, cheap car, expensive car - then keep it to your self.

There are a few people who seem to have too much time on their hands and they come in here to pass the hours away.

Simply, we will ask you once - if you still cant follow the simple rules we will remove any posting access to the entire classifieds section.

This means no "Free Bumps", no stupid offers, no "Good luck with the sale" and no "Wow if you still have this car in a year I might buy it" comments.

If you see any posts you think shouldnt be here, click the "report post" button and we will deal with it. Thanks!

I think this just about covers you in a nutshell - and as per instructions in the last line I'll now use the "report post" button at my leisure.

Thanks again for the entertainment value of your ineptitude though :)

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
