Adjustable castor rod Q's?

Hey all.

I've got a few q's to with castor adjustment

1. What is the length of a standard castor rod for an r32?

(Measure from the middle of where the bolt goes through the bush to the outermost point of the furtherest bolt hole. "If anyone has one laying around")

I get approx 36cm or .........................................(14.2inch)

2. To get more POSITIVE camber by using adjustable castor rods you need to shorten them. i.e. adjust them to be shorter than the stock item. Is this correct?

3. What are good castor settings for an r32? I've been told that there is no such thing as too much positive castor... obviously within reason keeping in mind other constraints.
