GTR32
Guys; just bought these HKS dumps (has HKS cast into them) supposedly for a GTR. no way the exh housing bolt pattern will line up to my N1 turbos although the casting is the right shape ie round on one side and angular on the other etc. if you know them you know what i mean. was there a 'way back when' change of turbo exh housing flange patterns maybe? as far as i know garrett/HKS/nissan use the same exh housing / dump bolt pattern. any ideas? cheers Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/83654-hks-cast-dumps-for-gtr/ Share on other sites

Coupe-This
omg, those welds are undercut something shocking, and they are supposed to be how good ? not picking on you, just the welds. hehee, the ones that hold the flanges look neat ... but damn Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/83654-hks-cast-dumps-for-gtr/#findComment-1516027 Share on other sites

This version had a different exhaust flange, and therefore the terbs were sold complete with manifolds in order to make the terbs a bolt in unit. Garrett has asked me to do some measurements. interestingly the bolt pattern corresponds to 300zx exh housing and part numbers are 065L and 064R which leads me to think it's a v config engine. Gav it's possible but they could only be off GTR/2JZ/Z32/1JZ/EJ20TT and they all came out in the late 80s/90 and newer. I didn't think the bolt pattern changed for any of these from new ie I think the original bolt patterns remained and these were the ones used by HKS.
