Rb25det Auto Into R32 Rb20det ?

Anybody know what is needed to put an Rb25det auto into an R32 w/Rb20det ? Tailshaft mods? G/Box mounts ?

Any Information would be greatly appreciated.

what? vs a standard Rb20 auto box?

from what i read, they are exactly the same box..

the 32 has a standard rb20det Auto which is shagged and I have an Rb25det auto in good condition to whack in if they're the same.

I would have a check on the dimensions from bellhousing to tailshaft to make sure seeing as you have both on hand..

but everything I have read (FAST, etc) says they are the same part number, same dimensions, etc.. I was curious myself to see if they were same strength as the r33.. so I looked it up on a few different sites and found it was actually the same box, and its used in a few other nissans.

RE4R01A is the box number..

If you can find any actual differences, would be interesting to post up..

I'check them out tomorrow after I remove the 32 g/box and post the differences if there are any.
