I'd get the insurance people to chase her down

You were a good person and gave her a chance...

She obviously took it, spat on it, screwed it up and thrown back at your face.

They know the laws and can make her life hell:

Bad credit rating,

Repossession of personal property

Loan sharks knocking at her/family door at all hours

You’ll feel that warm and fuzzy feeling that someone is getting their priorities forcibly rearranged from them, due to their cowardliness and there is some righteous returning to this world!

The sooner the better- you may have already done your self a disservice!

The more time that passes- more time she has to change her details- making it harder for her to be found.

It shouldnt matter in theory because you are not at fault and you have full details of the person responsible! Talk to your insurance company and let them know. Get the car fixed asap and stop suffering because of some tightarse.

But thats where i went wrong. Now i cant find her.. She works at "The Hospital" i dont know which one, but i have some friends that can maybe find out.. Im gonna give my insurance a call right now.. see how we go.
