Fuel Light

Hi just wonedring how much fuel is left in the tank in an r33 when the fuel light first turns on? I just dont want to to fill up today and want to make it home, the light isnt on yet...

I dont even know if my fuel light works... is there any way to check it? Everytime i fill up and its on E i only put in max 45-50 L's and the tank is apparently 65L's... is there anyway to check if my gauge is broken??

I would assume there is probably between 5-10l's in the tank once the lights on?

Light comes on at 7 litres.

whenevr i fill up and its on E.. i usualy get 50L..... the light is sometimes on.. thats why i thought maybe the light came on at about 10-15L..... are yous sure the tank size is 65L? i have never put 60L into my car..

I was told you shoudn't you not run your cars at low fuel level.

apparently you can stuff the injectors if they run dry. This wouldn't be hard to do hammering around corners with a low level.

ive done about 30kms after the light came on. be careful though, when it gets really low and you go around corners the fuel moves around and u loose power as the pump starts sucking air. Not a very good for your pump i dont think, i was told they rely on fuel flowing through them to keep cool.
