anything short of video evidence will fail miserably in court. Hearsay is not accepted in court in most areas of the law, if any and this would be one of them. The video evidence would probably have to be "non digital" like still photos of photographic evidence. Someone should perhaps ask Armadale city whether their rate payers would appreciate them blowing heaps of money in failed court cases. I think the first case that is thrown out of court due to the lack of reliable evidence would probably wake them up some.

as a whole, yes. But when they drop the tollerance down to around 3kph, then that's just money grabbing. Anyone can go over by that amount for any number of reasons. At least in other countries they are a bit reasonable. Have been to B.C. & Alberta Canada several times and they allow you up to 10kph over, after that, they hit you for the lot. Sh!t I saw a dude go the wrong way up a 1 way street in Rome and all the cop did was bite his own finger, as dings ofter do.

got the cheapy Khumo's ($150) that came with the car. They're as slippery as a butchers pr!ck in wet weather and not much better in the dry. Wouldn't use them again. Have heard that the top end Toyo's are hard to beat.

Just as an example, my daughters ex beau's s14 stopped working last week end and he finally got it to a nissan dealer who found the problem to be a fuel pump. It's going to cost $400 not fitted for an after market unit. He earns reasonably good money and he's spitting chips. Now just imagine how many horrible surprises would be waiting for the unsuspecting person who bought a cheapie import. Do yourself a favour and get a job first, then a bunky and then set yourself some goals.

For once I have to agree with Teejay.. Man you are doing things ass about. Stay home with your mum (it's always cheaper), if you don't like hard, physical work then get back to school , and forget about a higher performance car until you can afford one and the extra expenses associated with these things.
