it actually drive normal then all of a sudden it just feels like brakes have been applied then jerks then back to normal. I hope that explains it

I just installed a boost controller and running 1 bar, tonight i took the car out for a spin and when i'm driviing in 3 or 4th the car just slows down as if its down shifting or something (for 2secs) then comes back to normal (it actually did it a few time). the car is still running the stock exhaust, apart from the boost controller and a blitz bov the car is stock. I'm guessing slipping clutch, but i've never driven a car with a slipping clutch, any ideas?? also what does a slipping clutch feel like??

for some reason i dont think its only on autos, as the manual clusters are different than the auto ones, unless nissan did cut some corners and just manufactured the one speedo for both. I do have the series II catalogue but unfortunatley the options page is in japanese.

well, i'll be doing only the exhaust cam gear so i'll have one left over so if anyone wants to buy one as the exhaust gear and inlet gear are exactly the same drop me a pm. also the gears are identical for the rb25, rb26 and from memory rb20

well basically we merged both cruises together and had it on the 10th of Jan, but hopefully we'll have another one soon

once i saw my mechanic trying to start a car and it was also struggling, he poured some hot water on the terminals and up it went. but i'm assuming that just to melt any crap effecting the connection plus it'll be pretty messy if you pour anything in the boot of a skyline.

no worries, I think I'll just change the exhaust cam gear, cause the inlet cam is to complicated to take off (I couldn't figure it out + it was almost midnight when i was looking at it). thanks mate for the advice.

the exhaust cam gear is the one on the right looking at it yeah?? how come you loose the Variable cam timing?? also is that 5rwkw or flywheel??

I got my hands on a set of HKS cam gear, just wondering how to install them?? By the way this is for an RB25det series II R33 I took off the cover but the gear on the left has a metal cover on top of it, while trying to take off the the cover I found that there is a spring underneath, so i just put back together. So if anyone has done this before it'll be great if you can give some hints. or is best if I get a mechanic to install them??

well the photo is not really that clear, but definetly that plug on the right looks very similar to the stereo one.

I've never actually taken the fronts out myself, If anyone has experience with this let us know

I just bought a Sard Trigger Boost controller but dont have a manual or anything, so if anyone has a copy or a website where i can get more information. I know basically how it works but more info would be great.

but definetly all GTR's are 4WD

I think they are called Dynamic 4WD or something, where it switches between RWD and 4WD when needed, I think thats what ylwgtr is saying. (might be just doubling up).
