most likely one of your front castor rod bushes (liquid filled) is cracked... standard items are cheap enough to replace.. and on a r32 i'd be looking at the condition of all your suspension components due to age, weat n tear. if it's the castor rod bushes, i'd recommend some aftermarket pillowball items.. but some people on this site will disagree and say use whiteline offset bushes instead

Alot of people dont like the HICAS system trying to "help" with the steering of the rear wheels, it makes the rear end feel unstable... so one option is to disable to HICAS system by installing a locking bar which prevents the rear steering. If the HICAS warning light bothers you take it to a nissan dealer to run a diagnostic on it. Alot of people who disable the HICAS system also pull the globe for the HICAS warning light from the dash cluster since it serves no purpose after disabling the system.

have u seen how much negative camber sam in the white r32 gtr has? lol that thing is nutz...

i've always thought the more castor you dial in to the front, the less negative camber you should need.. unfortunately my front camber arms wont arrive before the 1st round

no but i like to brake late into corners calder is a little hard on the brakes... the brembo's will still do the job, but i dont mind a bit extra in the braking department so why not B)

I don't consider it a waste of money... I'll decide if more stopping power is needed after seeing how well the brembo's pull up with the power increase. Will you be competing round 1?
