  1. Getting the cam gears at that stage while the timing belt and pulleys are off is a good idea. Might aswell do it cause there are some good gains to be had with cam gears and a PowerFC. Doing it now just saves you labour $$$ later and would only cost you the cam gears themselves now.
  2. Hi. not having a go, but, do you know that to take 2 sets of turbos on and off there would be close to 20 hours of work there for someone who doesnt do it for a living 20 hours of labour would be worth close to $2000 in a workshop $3800 plus stock turbos?
  3. to fix the tps you undo the adjuster screws just enough so you can adjust the angle (clockwise/anticlockwise) of the tps until the idle is right. But be careful, theyre only minor adjustments and if you move it too much then it might take a little bit of fiddling to get correct again. you can check the TPS signal as being 0%( or volts?) as correct on a Power FC controller or if you have a consult cable
  4. id try water in something you could get a decent amount of fluid onto the hoses with wd-40 sprays out at a pretty pissy rate
  5. sorry, i just checked my nengun order and they were $530. Still, not too bad Whoa, nismo 600cc are $130 each = $780 + delivery HKS 600cc are $127 each = $762 + delivery nengun seem to be taking their time with things atm, but you still get your parts....well at least i have
  6. the tuner referred to it as the stepper but he means the IAC valve If you can see light then gas will get sucked through there i think youve answered your own topic
  7. Theyd be good without being great. It would drive like a naturally aspirated motor Id be itching to use that displacement to full effect with some 2530s though. Sell the ss's for 2k and put that towards something else perhaps? ........Then again i just saw youve got a vl. If its an SL auto then 300rwkw is more than enough for some lightning times More power creates more traction issues obviously
