My line had 149.8 RWKW totally stock! and its a 93 model with 84k on the clock,i now have 3" turbo back exhaust and hi-flow cat plus a k&n filter in the stock airbox but havent had it dynoed yet, this sounds very high when you guys are saying youve got similiar readings with the exhaust and pods?? would this be done to the difference in dynos or what?

Bad luck man but was pretty silly you must admit,still in crazy mode from friday night ehh...although i doubt anyone here can say they havent done it before like *cough friday night cough* you will learn your lesson though dude jsut the hard way..lucky you didnt lose control or hit anything....things can always be worse. I learnt just how stupid drink driving was the hard way and rolled my last car a vn commodore..i was the only one in the car and it was late at night with noone around so noone was hurt..things can always be worse, since i havent even looked at a drop of alcohol if im driving within the next 8 hours,im sure you will now never even think about going over speed limit...its just not worth it. Thats my 2c dude btw i was VERY lucky to only get 6 months suspension and believe me you spend that time riding your bike thinking f%^k breaking the law again!

Im in for sure i live 5 mins from thornleigh maccas,hopefully have my rim repaired by then (dont ask =[ )or.....ill be on a mismatched left rear rim that is 17 40 245 as apposed to right rear which is 17 40 255 rekon it would be ok for the distance??

Yup sounds to em like its the speed limitor,i used sams gear ratio calculator and it adds up thanks. NOW how do i get rid of it? ive heard things about cutting wire 53?? is this right and where do i find it?

Yup that sounds just like it Duncan but its always perfectly at 5000revs (by eye on stock dials) does that sound right?

Hrmm well the speed varies whether going uphill or downhill when im hitting 5000 in 5th which is when its cutting.....i thought the speed limiter cut the revs when it got to exactly 180kmph this is why i thought it may be something different because im going well past 180 downhill in 5th doing 5000revs...on a PRIVATE ROAD yes... =]

Ive searched through the forums and cant find anything that could explain what ive come across... in 5th gear my r33 gtst s1 rev limits at 5000 it bounces and wont go any further,im past 180kph as well so its not speed limiter plus this never happans in any other gear only 5th?? Has anyone come across this before?

Crashed my skyline today =[ wet+new tyres+hicas=sideways into gutter not too much damage apart from left rear rim snapping a chunk 2 inches by 1 inch out of it and the left front control arm being bent out by about half an inch. It was that damn BOV gave me way too much power at the wheels
