  1. I have a set of R33 GTR wheels I think they are 17" x 9" front and I think 17" by 10" rear. Make an offer.
  2. I have a R33 turbo which is rooted you can have for $100, perfect for a hi flow job.
  3. I had this problem awhile back.. I was suggested to put a abit of gasket sealant between my throttle body and plenum and this fixed the problem. (I removed the throttle body to remove my cam covers to paint) I removed my cooler pipes to have them HPC coated put them back on and now I got the same problem again, I so cbf checking all the silicon joints and re fitting/tighting =(
  4. You have a supplier that can do $375 for 1 genuine C's Short shifter? Put me down on the list R33 GTS-T but if you have a supplier for the same product and a group buy isn't necessary, that I will grab one of those in a fortnight or so. Michael
  5. Average fit, my GTR front bar is bowed on the left hand light, apparently this can be expected from fibreglass. I think the only thing that was a perfect fit was my side skirts. No complaints there.
  6. Just today I dealt with the guys from www.justjap.com and I was very impressed with how helpful they were, answering any question I had. Not only did they have a very good price to beat but their shipping costs were second to none. I was going to purchase a Drift Wing from Jetspeed which retailed at $380 (just fibreglass wing) Justjap had the same product for $295 and it came with bolts etc to secure to the boot. At first I was a bit iffy in dealing with interstate business but so far they have been one of the most helpful and willing to answer any dumb question you have. I'll be depositing the money for this wing into their account tomorrow and apparently can expect the wing within 24hours of dispatch. I definately can suggest these guys, can't wait to see if they deliver the goods as said.
  7. Just noticed this thread.. I bought a full kit from NARZ last year sometime, I just bough my skyline and wanted it looking good however I didnt really have the cash so I paid pretty cheap for the full kit and painting/fitting.. thats is probably where I went wrong. I bought the Trust front bar that had eyelids moulded into the bar, this bar lasted about 4months before it began to crack around where the eyelids joined up to the bar (the eyelids were mounted onto the headlights and that was basically taking the bars full support). I bought a style of side skirts I had never seen before and I have no compliants with that, its an excellent fit and no cracks nothing, however the finishing of the paint isn't a match to my car colour and some parts of the skirts have noticibly not been sanded back/prepared properly. I bought a set of Veilside rear pods which were all together made quite well however the mounting of these pods werent the best, with frequent driving and vibration the pods were scratching against the paint of the standard bar as they hadn't been glued down or supported to the car. After all that I took my car back to get another front bar after the Trust bar was f@cked and this time I went for the GTR bar and that was the last time they saw me. Now I am a bit wiser, I'd rather save the money and pay for the quality work. Sure the kits are cheap and they have a wide variety and Kash isn't a bad guy (he frequently was in contact with me to update on the progress) however the panel beaters that he has fitting these kits and preparing the fibre glass and painting them are letting him down. Picking up a dirft wing from Jetspeed this week and will see the quality of that as they are pricey, but if theres quality I willl head towards a replacement kit. Anyway thats my opinion..
  8. The main difference against a atmospheric bov and plumb-back can depend on the amount of pressure it holds, the sound it makes and all atmospheric bov's are illegal. I had a GFB plumb-back and they sound quite aggressive like atmos but are legal. I have it for sale with an R33 adaptor plate, PM if interested.
  9. I have a standard GTS-T R33 cat-back with a muffler (sounds a bit more beefy). Standard piping is 2.5" so if u want it make an offer. Anything can go at a price.
  10. I'm after a Nismo 400R rear bar and I'm not too fussed on the rear wing, preferably a stealth/drift wing if the product is quality and fits 100% good. Looking purchase both for around $800 in brand new condition within the next 2 to 3 weeks and can put down a deposit if needed. Parts are to fit a R33 Series 1, I'm in Melbourne and would prefer to buy the items in victoria to save the freight costs and chance of damage. I don't mind paying a little extra if parts are genuine and are quality. Thank You. Michael
  11. Ed G - There is a photo of the bov on the website, it's in excellent condition so there are no scratches or anything. Basically what you see on the GFC website is what you get. Pinoi_boi_r33 - It is the EL2 Mechanical. The price includes the Greddy pillar mould and A pillar.
  12. GFB Plumb-Back BOV Description Here Only used for a couple months, top condition, this is a good bolt on part to handle more boost than the standard, being plumb-back it is totally legal and generates an agressive sound. Comes with R33 adaptor. $170 Apexi Boost Gauge & Greddy Gauge Mount I do not want to seperate these two, although I can throw in the A pillar plastic which has the Greddy Gauge mount on it. (Suited R33) Both products are in excellent condition. The Apexi gauge is the white faced model, which lights up blue with red needle. $200 Contact Michael 0422 086 066
  13. I pulled 163rwkw with standard intercooler and standard exhaust (only muffler) boosted at 12psi. Since then I have upgraded to HKS cooler and 3" exhaust all the way, haven't dyno'd it since then so I'm hoping I'll have around 175rwkw at a minimum. My next big spend will go towards Power FC and large fuel pump and Z32, then I'll think about injector and cams. Does anyone think my hopes are too high if I aim for 200rwkw with the above mods complete? Or should I take a different approach to my next few mods? I already have an Exedy Heavy Duty Clutch (fair few K's done on it now) It seems to be working fine.
  14. Thanks for that info. I had a look at the nengun website and yeah they said that the HKS GTRS kits bolt straight onto the RB25.. the kit supplies additional oil lines and flanges and stuff. It's only a bit over $2700 delivered and they are garuanteed to hit 250rwkw. I think I will save my doray for one of these, knowing me I will get the power bug and after running a hi-flow for awhile I'll be wanting more and more
  15. I was quoted from GCG $1950 and I have heard nothing but good news from them. I have a couple local turbo builders around my area and I was quoted $1400 however I don't know what they offer compared to GCG. Abo Bob - As you said the nylon/plastic compressor wheels is series 2, I guess mine is a series 2 cos thats what it's got. but i guess with a high flow they replaced all that anyway. So can someone confirm that a series 2 turbo bolts straight onto a series 1 engine. And whats the deal with series 1.5, is it a rumour or true? cos a mate of mine has a series 1 and our engine bays are slightly different and the car came with a series 2 wing. However the front is of a series 1 style. = So my question, does a series 2 turbo bolt on to a series 1.5 or 1?
  16. I'd aim for that kind of power one day with the standard turbo. Before getting the turbo hi-flowed I will probably get myself power FC and maybe Z32 and bigger fuel pump. Is there an advantage to having a large fuel pump inside the tank or a couple external in the boot with a surge tank, cos that looks pretty cool :headspin: Any way I have attached a photo of the turbo which I purchased, can someone identify it?
  17. I have a set (4) of 17" ROH Blade wheels in excellent condition, they came off a R33. ROH WEBSITE They look brand spanking new (I had one powder coated gold) they are sitting at mates panel beaters waiting to be powder coated. Reason for selling I want 18" or 19" still deciding = They are worth just over $1400 new. Will sell for $1200neg (does not include tyres) Freight charges are at purchasers expense. Please Note: Once a deposit is paid I can have the wheels powder coated to the colour chosen by the purchaser at no extra cost. (Allow a week for powder coating) Please contact Michael 0422 086 066
  18. Most appreciated 4door_Sleeper. Some of you were mentioning how workshops don't really have many good things to say about the standard hi-flow's. I spoke to a workshop last week to see what they reckon... The standard hi-flow includes bigger turbine/compressor wheels, however the turbo housing stays the same. Their point being that you'd be pushing more air into the turbo but with the standard small housing the air wouldn't be able to flow that much quicker. They also said for the price of a hi-flow you could buy a second hand HKS something rather (forget the numbers they gave me) but that would pull an easy 260rwkw on lowish boost, however then I thought to myself you'd probably need new dump pipe and flanges and a few extras which would build up the price. Damn its a tough decision =
  19. What can I say.. as far as I know it works $50 I'm not really sure what these are worth so I'm negotiable with the price.
  20. Are they good? I heard they don't compare to the original C's but you got them at a nice price.
  21. Hmm is their a physical different in flanges or anything between the RB25 series 1 and series 2? And are these babys ball bearing? if not does a hi-flow include that? I could be wrong but ball bearing is better for some reason yeah?? Andddd does the GCG hi-flow include a balancing of all components? If anyone knows....
  22. I can't wait to see what kind of power mine can pull out. Thanks for the offer Blade but I'm quite far from Balwyn.
  23. Very well I will be heading towards the hi flow.. power output looks good and response would be good too im guessing.
