I always take pics of rare cars...
RR Phantom
Porsche 936 Racecar (!!!!!!!!!!!!)
V8 Vantage
Bentley Continental Gt
Ferrari F430
AM DB9 Volante
Honda NSX
Ultima GTR
But a 15 minute test-drive is not enough to tell you about the car, especially when sellers aren't willing for you test the car's limits in handling and speed.
Ordinary wheel/tyre shops won't sell Buddy Clubs
2 stores which sell them:

Here's a list of authorised Buddy Club dealers:

Fitting aftermarket HID kits is illegal regardless of colour.
That being said, I wouldn't go anything over 6000K if I didn't want to risk getting pulled over just because of my headlights.
You're talking about camber
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camber_angle
Basically if you have negative camber (the situation you describe), you get more grip on cornering as more of the tyre is in contact with the ground.
- Check tyre pressures.
- Check brake pads
- Bleed brakes, or even put new fluid in, then bleed.
- Check all fluid levels, and bring spare engine oil at least - coolant also.
Get a name-brand one, and maintain it (eg replace/oil filter as maintenance) and it'll perform great.
If they were that bad for the car you wouldn't see them on top end time attack cars as seen in BMI videos.
