Very very doubtful. The wheels the Impuls are copied from are Work Equips which only came in silver. So unless the guy repainted the original Equips in white (unlikely), they are the fake Impuls.

White on a yellow car would stand out the most but prepare to clean clean clean.

I'm looking for good brand (JDM preferably) electronic gauges in 52mm size with blue, red or orange backlight. I know Omori make them. Defi and GReddy also make them but only in green backlight. Defi also have blue ones but they are in crappy USA farenheit. Anyone else?

The motor is the round metal thing right at bottom of the 2nd picture. What you have there is I think the relay box. Having either one not work properly can cause the issue you are facing. Pretty sure the R33 one is not the same.

Apart from front lips which attach to the stock bumper, all bodykits for R33 series 1 will fit series 2 (and vice versa). Here is a site where you can see many different kits for R33: http://tanakatire.web.infoseek.co.jp/kp/505_NI_GTR.html
