Also throw in the nimble S2000 into the mix. Problem with this price range for the 'R' Skylines is that 1. It's too little for a R34 GTR 2. You can get a R33 GTR but R33s look aged now 3. You can get a R34 GTT but you won't be using your budget fully and it's not in the same class as a GTR/FD/Evo

SIF! I am a McLaren fan and I KNOW Alonso will suffer all the mechanical shit Kimi has gone through the past few years. I predict a best position of 3rd for Alonso next season. The 3 fastest manufacturers are McLaren, Ferrari and Renault. Count in reliability and you only have 2 manufacturers that can win the whole thing - Ferrari and Renault. Renault has no talent like Kimi. Therefore, I predict Kimi to win the whole thing next year. He's been yearning for a reliable car and Ferrari will give him one.

That sounds like you have HIDs - the flicker is common on those type of headlights. I suggest you just trace the bulb unit wiring and see if it leads to a ballast of some kind then that way you can know for sure.

These generic seats are known to be difficult to fit if you don't have the right rails - just make sure you get the right rails (or modify the existing ones properly).

I'd take the 350Z (just because it's convertible) and then the Skyline and then the MX5 Interesting to note that the Skyline is RHD (so it's a JDM V35) yet it has Infiniti badging.
