  1. Cool, then i guess u just tee'd the outlet of the air regulator with the outlet of the iac before the manifold then only had the one pipe going to the plenum?
  2. So I've been installing my plazmaman plenum, after removing the factory plenum and hose/piping is it possible to remove the air regulator valve or not hook it up? The new plenum doesn't really have a provision to use it. If its only going to affect cold starts will the power fc be able to tune this out?
  3. is the hose that connect the iac deffinatly 19mm? i think i remember reading it some where
  4. Just wanting to see if any of use guys have fitted a plazmaman plenum that has the remote iac fitting/bracket. I just purchased one the other day and looking to fit it up this weekend, will it be ok plumb the iac with a hose befor the throttle on the cold piping side? All the other plenums I've seen have the iac mounted direct to the manifold near the rear. Just wanting to see how use have plumbed it all up. Cheers much appreciated
  5. Yeh I plumbed all lines in to the factory location. I had to rotate the charger core around 15 degrees to make the oil drain clear the 6 boost manifold and used -10 pushlock straight fittings with some 5/8th aeroquip hose.
  6. photobucket.com/user/jamo25/media/20130528_162136.jpg.html][/url] see i do not what to run the water line how its fitted in this last photo. so i guess some AN fittings are the only way to go
  7. and the oil return is definitely a no go.. if one of use guys could post a photo of what use have done be appreciated.
  8. Ok oil supply works fine and so does one of the water lines. I currently have the factory water port on the side of the block going to the water port on the turbo closest to the passenger side, the water line on the turbo closest to the cylinder head is what I would like to see. Looks like ill have to use a -6 90 degree swivel coupler coming of the banjo fitting and the another 90 degree swivel union just so I can use the water line in the kinugawa kit
  9. http://shopping.kinugawaturbo.com/turbooilandwaterlinekitnissanrb25detrb30wgarrettgt3076rgt3582rgt3540.aspx That's the lines kit I have, I'll measure the one I have up bit later today
  10. Hey guys just after some photos of the fittings and routing you went with people using a gt/gtx30 in a r33 using a 6 boost high mount manifold, Currently fitting the manifold, external gate and turbo to my r33 and the lines kit I got doesn't look like its going to fit to well especially using banjo bolts on everything, think I may need to use some Aeroflow fittings. Thanks in advance. Cheers
  11. Genuine 130,000km. Very minimal shaft play comes with exhaust manifold, turbo, 3" dump pipe, oil/water lines, cold side ally pipe to throttle with bov. Only selling as I've gone to a 6 boost and gtx turbo. $500 located in perth
  12. How old are the injectors, are they side feeds? Where a outs in perth are u located
  13. Looking for a plazmaman plenum to suit r33 rb25, side feed injectors 740cc minimum, genuine hks sqv. Let me know what use have. Cheers
  14. using a power fc so will be retaining the afm. the only ethanol based fuels here are e10 and p100 from a united servo which i dont think im to keen on using/trying at this stage. ill speak to my tuner thoe and see what he recommend's.
  15. cheers i will have a look, would work well with a 3l bottom end for sure! i will just have to deal with it untill e85 is on the pump here after reading other guys results with the gtx3076 i think plazmaman will be the best plenum to go with. basically anything that can help me with the mid range in going to benefit a streeter
  16. cheers, what size throttle did you end up going with the plazmaman. ill be basing this on running on 98 octain. still no e85 here in wa. possibly get it by the end of this year but who knows. prob just run with a walbro intank pump for now aswell. also here mixed opinions on where to mount the z32 maf. the comp housing size is 4" on the 3076 so was possibly thinking of moving the maf closer to the throttle body that way could just keep a 4" intake, eaither way im not bothered if i have to use a 4 to 3" reducer on the intake
  17. hi guys, finally joined to the forum. currently getting the last remaining bits and pieces for the new build on my daily driven s2 r33. its internally stock, running a 6 boost high mount manifold. gtx3076r with .82 rear housing, turbosmart 50mm progate, looking to be running between 16-20psi through it. ive herd mixed reviews between the greddy plenum or plazmaman plenum.. im certainly not after only top end power so im thinking using the pm plenum man be the way to go using the rb25's longer runners what are your guys thoughts? have any of use done back to back testing with a similar size turbo? injector size im tossing up between jecs 550cc which i can get at a really reasonable price that way i will just retain the factory fuel rail and fpr. or just going straight to a top feed fuel rail and getting some injectors around 750cc mark. i guess my aims around the 400rwhp. thanks in advance!
