    New Years

last year we started at a friend's party, but I had gone past the point of no return and passed out at 10pm then awoke at 3am I remember my mate saying he and others were heading to Bondi at the party. Turns out they got into the event at Bondi for free with fatboy Slim etc, and my friend had tickets to watch the fireworks later which I was going to use with him. This year I'll make it to nye! :sorcerer:
  6. they do.. escept their pictures are all cropped, edited and darkened like their dark hearts.
  7. Spotted Haysey as I was getting subway

  9. You won't get loads of power out of it.. But, some stuff to put you on track.. -Catback exhaust -Extractors -Maybe a Pod with a Cold air box.. Although there isn't much difference between that and the standard air filter. -Cams -Shed some weight, take out the back seat.. spare tyre etc.. -And maybe a piggyback chip + dyno tune
  10. I have.. 17 x 7 ( the ones below, except with a little less dish =( and i'm pretty sure they aren't that light weight or anything as I got them from tempe tyres lol)
  11. I was just looking through carsales then and saw about two or so series 2 gts's. They're a little bit over-priced imo though.
  12. Pretty bad to hear.. I might be in the same situation as you come january though..
  13. ooo how did I manage that..
  14. edit: Here's the answer.. Even with the restrictions the V10s in the 2005 season were reputed to develop 960hp (715kW) . The new 2.4L V8 engines (2006) are reported to develop between 720hp and 750hp (535 to 560 kW) and with 605 kg in race trim.. that's pretty crazy.. BTW for a good read on it all.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_One_cars E.G here's a fact from it.. With minimal downforce wing settings, BAR Honda managed to run their FIA race-spec F1 car at 421 km/h on 6 Nov, 2005 during a shakedown leading to their 'Bonneville 400' attempt.
  15. Tokyo Drift
  16. I have 4 inch tip.. oval shapeish muffler that leads onto the 2.25 piping.. then a resonator.. then the cat.. That's the best I can explain it? All the components up to the cat were created by hi-tech..
  17. They were great, at the time I was pretty clueless about the whole exhaust situation, but they explained it pretty clearly. And they knew their stuff too looking back on it now. Unfortunately I don't think they have a melbourne location too (from looking at their contact info) http://www.hitechmufflers.com.au/contact.html edit: sneaky sneaky sean'0 lol why did you edit your question out?
  18. The rest of my exhaust is 2.25 (made by hi-tech) I might look into a new cat I suppose Looking forward to the change in song from the extractors.. I was running a torch along that part where the extractors will replace and the seal is broken etc.. so yea.. should sound tough =D
  19. Thanks Eugene, 'Eug' for going to the trouble of organising the group buy and getting a great deal for the rest of us N/A'ers. Everyone came together really quickly and there seemed to be no major hassles! Well done to everyone else who took part too. So.. In time let's see some pics, videos etc of your install's guys!
  20. Could just be a problem with the wiring? I have no clue..
  21. where abouts are you located? If it's anywhere around the Eastern Suberbs, Tulipana are good, along with another one in the Westfield shopping place in Bondi Junction.. ( not sure of the name )
  22. That evo with diff rims etc... would look so menacing..
  23. Ohh very nice.. I was hoping to get a white one! Ask and SEARCH for anything you're wondering about.
  24. Well.. including headers.. there's a group buy thread going on them at the moment.. and we're pretty much getting them at $180 each.. with a few added costs.. but yea.. roughly around there if you dhop hard enough..
  25. for memory cat-back cost me $590ish. No idea on exact cost of each part.. They fabricate it all themselves.
