  1. Looks like the one I nearly got a year back, a nice white import turbo MX-5
  2. LOL you can't see patches in the car, it's just due to the light response of the camera compared to the human eye. My mate thinks it's almost identical to his Typhoon so he was impressed.
  3. talk to yourself be-yatch
  4. Top work! Someone with something positive to offer
  5. FFS would be nice if someone just gave some decent advice instead of opinions in why he should put a 26 back in!!!! Why not put a 25 in, work with what you have...hence why I turbocharged a 25GT Go for it, hopefully someone will give you some in depth info about it, unfortunately I can't
  6. E-manage blue intercepts, but still has a great range of control over timing and injection..with the boost sensor it is extremely good. I haven't played with the ultimate yet, so I'm not sure what logic it uses to get around the speed cuts etc etc, needless to say it hooks up to a lot more ECU inputs than the blue. It allows individual control over injectors and timing per cylinder..which is pretty good for a piggy-back. I'm currently using a bikirom though (daughterboard) for full control of the factory ECU The blue is perfectly capable of getting you over 250rwkw, the ulitmate gives a few extra wank features that you may never use. One good feature though is the 'self-tune' which attempts to steer your AFR to whatever you input, it then adjusts fuel delivery to match...very cool if you can get it running correctly with a permanently fixed wideband O2 sensor.
  7. True the AFR's should be starting a lot higher than that
  8. Old-school supercharged MR2, then turbocharge it
  9. A lot of people are scared of the e-manage, I just can't see why...a chimp could program it. I tuned my last car with it when so many other people threw their hands up in the air. It's so logical it's not funny...need less fuel then reduce the AFM voltage for the given grid point, need more fuel add a percentage extra to the given grid point. Need more timing add extra degrees, need less minus degrees.
  10. whoops just read back
  11. Bah!!!! Damn R34's and their shitty, uncommon top-feed jobbies!
  12. With a good split dump you can't go wrong, my one is a CES but there are a few others that are also very good.
  13. Now available on e-bay, tell you friends search for 'R34 Skyline TCS' I'll discount the price for any friends of SAU members, they pay the same as you guys and not the advertised $35.
  14. You're looking for the holy grail....here it is http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=33407 I've got more recommendations as well that will make it easier for you.
  15. Sure thing, I've got to take the bar off to fit some mesh in the next couple of days anyway, so pics galore!
  16. Just went to a mates house and got him to weld all the sections up, bough them from an exhaust place and threw him some $$$ for the work. It was a couple of 45's a 90 and a 180 from memory. The brackets holding it up are made of magnesium, awesomely tough and light-weight I was lucky to find them on e-bay. Some guy in Canada selling Magnesium solid bar.
  17. My one is setup like the blitz, I bought a generic 230x550x75mm core, then ran the pipe back under and to the factory location. Total cost $400 and the pipe is within the confines of the under-body plastic liner. I can only get 1/8th of it warm on a hot day, so definately not undersized either. <==== see avatar
  18. I nearly did it with the 25GT I had, bolting on the turbo to the N/A was a cheaper option though
  19. Sorry mate just bought one
  20. If you've got an RB20 turbo that's normal though, the actuator I put on my highflow from an RB20 was 13psi straight on the actuator, no bleed valve. Grab one from a series 1 R33, it should be nice and tired and give about 6psi
  21. There are more than enough fairly easy mods to get you 250rwkw.
  22. yeah that's a perfectly doable way of getting the oil feed. Andy why won't it boost to 8psi?
  23. During compliance they normally have to put it in, ugly knob near the base of the steering column, I just unbolted my one and left it tied up in the back.
  24. Not much, on a well deserved holiday break at the moment, loving every bit of it!!!
