  1. Only $30 will prevent you from forgetting to press your TCS button and looking like a chump as you get flogged by a barina and your car is still thinking about giving 3 cylinders back to you.

    My Aircon Saga

Hence why I do almost all the work to my own car, especially electrical as I seem to know more about R34 electronics than any workshop out there.
  3. Piston slap? Hey I thought I'd throw that in
  4. Not with anything over stock power, slows you down by kicking in all the time. It sucks!!!
  5. Aggghhhhh a stalker!!! lol
  6. Hmm maybe I need to head down and have another chat with Rich. He was more than keen to let the guy that built the ECU go down while the car was being tuned to offer pointers. It's just getting used to the software, the theory of tuning Richo knows backwards so that's not the issue
  7. Bastards! Yeah some do have a stock immobiliser, my silver one did as well, we found out when they were installing the Aussie standard alarm. I actually think the Horn on the 34's is louder than the alarm I've got now. Way more annoying as well.
  8. Installation instruction file added to the first post, explains a bit about how it functions and show's how easy it is to fit.
  9. lol just a play on wrods. The main reason I made it was to save people always having to press the thing off. It's just plain annoying, especillay when you forget. Maybe not as much for the low power 34's on here. But when your car doesn't require much effort to get "slip" flash up all the time it's handy for it to default to "TCS-Off"
  10. Wow loads of people get their switches taken, I did as well, but managed to go back to the dealer and get one off another car before it went to the complier (who is know for taking them off)
  11. Also I revised the installation. You now only require 3 wires to be hooked up, and it can be installed and wired in the boot directly to the TCS computer (way easier than the main ECU)
  12. The traction control system drops 3 cylinders by cutting off fuel and reduces torque by adjusting the second throttle.
  13. Maybe it was a special deal Nismo one, the stearing wheel looks good with aero leather, are the seats the same????
  14. I've got one mate, I'm in Brisbane so let me know if you still want it. Dan
  15. I don't know with a PFC, it does with the stock ECU???
  16. If we're talking GTS-4 + t yes it could well take you as the high-comp has funny power delivery and would blast off the line. But hey it'll probably snap things if he gives it too much, you really need GTR or Stagea driveline parts to give it some stick.
  17. Try the diagnostic, details attached. Most likely error 21 diagnostic.doc
  18. Wiring is fairly simple, much like an SAFC or similar, except it's only 3 wires to the ECU in the boot, the unit mounts behind the panel alongside the HICAS computer.
  19. Exactly what I mean!!!! I find I get owned on corners where the car *thinks* it would be a good idea to drop engine power. I'm located in Brisbane, PM your details and I'll get one on it's way.
  20. Yes 'TCS Off' is the default. It's not as simple as removing a fuse, I wouldn't recommend taking a fuse out, this actually buggers up a few of the other systems that rely on the TCS and will give the SLIP light as well as the car detects an error. You also can't turn it on if you decide you want to, you'd have to mess around replacing a fuse. The other benefit is the switch still works, just in reverse...you press to turn on. This circuit just reverses the operation of the switch It took me a while to build these a fair bit of trial and error
  21. Spotted White R33 OIC11 on Beaudesert Rd, blowing me away lol My car is weak leave me alone hahaha
  22. Here you go guys http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=145528
  23. Shameless self-promotion guys, but I know this actually bothers a few people, so here goes http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=145528
  24. Do you find it annoying to constantly turn your TCS off? Do you wish it defaulted to 'TCS Off' the second you started your car? If you answered yes to either of those questions, this is for you!!!!! The device when fitted to your car will instantly turn off the traction control, you now have to press the button to turn it on! (reverses the factory setup) The circuit can also be wired so that it's selectively on (great if your girlfriend is going to drive the car and you want TCS to come on the second she turns the key!!!!!!) Easy to wire with only 3 wires to the ECU in the boot: Only $30 + Postage Actual unit may vary slightly from picture, new improved wiring version only has 3 wires!!!
