  1. Hey Brendan, I heard about a guy in Brookvale the other day who is researching/building plenums etc for the RBs. Does alot of work on flow rates etc. I'll find out more....
  2. Picked up my new front discs today woohoo! Now I'll be able to go... slower?... whereis.com.au is your friend. Entrance is gate 7 at Eastern Creek (around "the back" of the complex).

  7. erm, not correct. I bumped into a guy a while ago that has a non-turbo R32 GTS4.
  8. lol yeah I don't think I've ever seen a rally car understeer before  :bahaha: I guess it's fair enough about the track. Damn Sydney weather...we don't get any rain for months when we need it, then this.
  9. benm I called the 04gotskank number and geez it sounded like Tosh on the other end..... Yeah it wasn't too spectator friendly. The one I went to in Canberra at the stadium a few years ago was great. It would be great to see something similar at Homebush.
  10. Hi Jason, bummer about the gravel stage being cancelled last night eh. Guess e/creek didn't want to hurt their widdle twacky wacky....
  11. Because Porsche and Brembo know a thing or 2 about cross drilled brakes. dba do not recommend their cross drilled discs for track work. Wing, check out the dba 400 series rotors. I'm getting these next week and there are some others on the forums who already have them. There was this group buy thread last month, you could see if they'll still do the same price.
  12. Hi Julian, long time no see. For a good deal on the dba 400 series discs go to this thread. Ask Kevin if he can still do any at that price (if not let me know, there may be another supplier ). Everyone...BLEED YOUR BRAKES! and use a quality fluid. :uh-huh: I've never had any fade/overheating even when I was bedding in that last set of pads and was PUNISHING the brakes. It's really well worth every cent and worth doing before every track day.
  13. Ryan, send me as many details about this car as you can. It sounds very much like one a friend of mine got rid of recently. If so you do NOT want it.
  14. Greaaaaaaat...I'll hook up the trailer and put a deckchair in it right now.
  15. umm, if you read the title this was going to be January 2003. Not sure if it happened though.
  16. My cable i/net has carked it so I probably won't be back to check this thread. See you guys there.
  17. or DRAKEN but they're prolly on an aero 9-5 or something :bahaha:
  18. holy crap! another one...did a bunch of car thieves just get parole or something?
  19. Tickets are at the gate so there's no pre-organised numbers Tosh. Whoever is there is there. Dan will have his CB and we have mobiles etc.
  20. Yep come along nads. From the spectator guide: "STAGING AREA & START Friday 4th July from 5:30pm First Car Due to Start Competition at 7:00pm WHAT YOU WILL SEE!! Cars will gather from 5.30pm at Eastern Creek International Raceway. There you will be able to view a fully operational rally service park and chat to some of the drivers and navigators. Competitors will be flagged away commencing at 6.30pm for the official start of the Premier State Rally. SUPER SPECIAL STAGES Spectator Point 1 on Friday 4th July First Car Due 7:01pm WHAT YOU WILL SEE!! The first stage is the longest gravel Super Special Stage in Australia. A purpose built stage winding around the perimeter of Eastern Creek International Raceway designed to test man and machine to extreme limits. The second stage is a shorter tarmac stage starting on the skidpan then using a part of the circuit and finishing on the main straight." Should be good.
