  2. Hey that's my line! :bahaha: #bomm-bomm...chick-chicker-che-kaaah#
  3. Sounds good to me Ando. Check your PMs.
  4. Even before the club is a fiscal entity individuals can be sued. Just don't condone or encourage illegal activities.
  5. Yes you can. Voice your disgust to your local federal member.
  6. Don't forget people you can always let your feelings known to those in Canberra who make theses decisions. Interest groups such as the Gun Lobby is quite organised in this regard. Maybe we should follow their lead.
  7. bock-bock-bock-bockERRRK! :birdie:
  8. Looks like a parking lot at a shopping centre...:elaugh:
  9. Get one of these George! Thay are old AND they rock! Dave, just be mindful of the likley hood of trowelling your new car on it's 1st day. :uh-huh:
  10. Hey Dave it's raining right now! Go on you know you want to! :burnout:
  11. 1. The bushes are locted where the suspension arms attach to the car. Remove and apply grease to faces of bushes. 2. No 3. No idea. Try Whiteline etc. ps. take it to a suspension place if you are unsure.
  12. The real issue here is that you will have air in the line when you reconnect it to the caliper. Bleeding the brakes is the only way to remove the air. It doesn't matter where/if you clamp it or hang it or whatever, you will get air in the line. Air compresses--> spongy brakes. Bleed the brakes. :uh-huh:
  13. There's a little "doover'" behind the airbox that bleeds air out of the wastegate control line when the revs hit about 4500 rpm. Boost jumps to about 550 mmHg/10-11 psi. If you have a bleed valve then this has obviously been taken out of the loop.
  14. now don't everyone vote all at once...you've gotta pace yourselves.
  15. ~7 psi jumps to ~10 psi when the revs hit ~4500 rpm.
  16. Yeah well 4.8 is kind of like 8.4...kind of...:uhh:
  17. Where's the vids Duncan?
  18. Repeat after me SLY33: "I solemnly promise I shall use the Search button to the best of my ability." Search for HICAS Diagnostic Mode or similar.
  19. No. If the insurance company find out they can deny your claim. Do a search for "Insurance". Good Luck!
  20. Place your vote for any of the days you would be able to attend. You can vote in more than one date (makes it easier to organise). So we know who's coming please post something as well.
  21. How does Sunday the 05/01/03 sound? Can we do weekends Ando or is it a weekday deal? If it's OK with you Joe, we may make this a Club event and (so you'll ALL have to join mwuah-hah-hahh) then we can use the Club Bank account. See if we can do trophies etc. as well.
  22. Have you got nolathane bushes? Probably needs some silicone grease in there.
  23. There is a way to re-align the HICAS "lug" on the steering wheel. I'm not sure but it goes something like: 1) Remove steering wheel with front wheels dead straight. 2) Turn HICAS ring in hub fully anti-clockwise 3 or four times (or until it stops???). 3) Turn HICAS ring clockwise 3 times. 4) Replace steering wheel and do up nut to correct torque(don't ask me...). 5) Remove cable that hooks into the sensor on the steering rack (down near/below oil filter). 6) Drive car a round the block (I'd suggest both ways around the block). 7) Re-connect cable to steering rack. 8) Run HICAS diagnostic. Can someone give this a go and let me know if it works (then I'll try it :uh-huh: )
  24. Hey bigvis were you parked at Glenrose yesterday? near Woolies?
