You seem all talk mate, I wish one day u come across some of my mates single turbo Sups, i know a few single turbs sups that have upset alot of big cars on these forums. So don't be biased mate.

hI B-Man, Daniel in the supra forums had 360rwkw and ran an 11.1 with the stock auto, and street tyres (not semi slicks) with big mph so there is definately 10's with better rubber, and lately put out over 430rwkw (yet to be run with this power) on sock internals, and the box seemed to be doing alright from what i heard.

The supra is renowed for it's strength/power and reliability all over the world, even if the commercial was done with a low budget it is good to see Jap cars on tv, Gillet also has used cars such as ferraris so may be is not a low budget after all.

Go supra, you can run 10's with the stock engine , with just bolt-ons, and as for traction, you can put all the power to the ground using nittos. and overall it's a very reliable car.

There are street supras constantly running low 8's on radials in the US, it has been shown over and over again. Don't believe it, just search the US forums for a treat, u'll see more supras run faster times in Uerope, Us, Stockholm etc than any gtr's here or Japan. As for a gtr running 9 on the track, yes, but on the street it'll have to be pretty damn prepared to do that, i mean slicks att all 4 and c16 other ways . I have seen quicker times from supras than gtr. One question, If in Europe and the US allow cars such as ferraris, lambos, evos, wrxs etc, why wouldn't they allow a nissan gtr? Someone from Titan motorsports was saying that to make a gtr run 9's or even low 10's it will need a lot of money, as for the supra do a single conversion good rubber and off u go, or something along those lines.

Your right Knore you got a good point there, they are very different cars, in my opinion i like a car that is fast on the street (on the staight, drag) not for track, therefore the GTR does not provide what the supra does at all, as the gtr lacks torque, and top end acceleration. Having owned an r33 gtr for the past 2 years and now owner of a 95tt supra i can judge my self and see the differences between the two cars. Cheers.

yes mines gtr shits all over the Hks gtr, but than again it is not an easy task to beat a million dollar car specially built to be fast at Tsukuba.

yep ur right mate, stock engine with bigger turbo, and had a wornout lsd. Still didn't do too bad. I think i got the vid some where, i'll post it soon.
