Restless 33

anyone got any more ideas on things i could do to fix it? or should i jsut get it looked at

also something else to note....it only hapened after i started redlining the car...up until then it hadn't been past about 4500-5000...could this have something to do with it. reset the ecu (disconnected the battery yeah?) and took it for a drive...nothing different really i don't think (problem still there)

yeah i checked the hoses are plugged into the solenoid didn't check where they lead...yup it's 95 R33 series 1.5 GTS-T

it shows massive boost...it's jsut u can't feel the pull...i don't think it pulls after eitehr lol...pretty sure the blled valve is stock...i gotta find out wats actually on this car and wats been changed coz i don't know much ...yet..thanks for the replies anyway

don't mean to ask a stupid question...but where are they...? u mean the 2 black tubes running into the solenoid?

i've only had the car for about a month and havent changed anything myself...or had anything done to it. i'm new to modifying and jsut elarning so... it's come from japan the way it is (i'm first owner is ausrtalia) so i'm not sure wat it's got. any ideas or should i jsut get a general check when i get the o2 changed. could any of this other stuff be contributing to my bad economy aswell 250 per tank

yeah i know bout the o2 sensor not changing performance...jsut thought coz i'm sending it in to do that mite as well get boost chekced aswell. when it does boost it seems to go past the marker on the stock boost guage (the one without a number) seems to go clsoer to 7+ i've got 3' exhaust pod filter

i think it's finished....and jsut when i needed it

lol i probably should...wel the problem is BACK yup today it felt like i was driving an NA car jsut about hardly any boost at all. i'm getting the o2 sensor changed soon...should i jsut let them look at it or is there something simple i can jsut check myself? cheers guys

seems to have fixed itself...i gave it plenty of time to warm up today and then gave it some and it loved it...seemed to be running fine. thanks for the replys though...mite jsut get it checked over anyway. cheers

the accelerater also feels like thers less resistance. like it feels alittle looser

sorry forgot...ok well the boost guage says it's boosting ...but it doesn't feel like it. normally i'd feel dumped in the seat a little more...basically it feels like theres less power. the boost guage also seemed to be showing it boosting higher sooner. i have only just started (last few days) revving it higher like to redline. lower RPM doesn't feel like theres much boost where as you used to be able to feel it more. does any of that make sence

been driving my car for a while now and today i got in it and it didn't feel quite right when it ws hitting boost... kinda like it wasn't all there. the stock boost gage was reading normal. yesterday i hit high boost halfway round a corner the back came out a little but no dramas...jsut today the car felt really weird...did i **** it somehow? anyhting loose?? please help

not sure wat pads i've got. havent had a chance to look at them yet. but it's really loud. anyone else had the problem and fixed it?

mine has this aswell...it's ear peircing. i get it most of the time like 99% and it pisses me off after only 2 weeks or so. it's not jsut a squeel it's an ear piercing squeeling noise. any ideas. i jsut got my car and am not sure wat to try.

splutters out the exhaust...???? mine does this aswell. just excess fuel burning off isn't it?

well i checked the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side...a friend who knows a bit of japanese said he thought it was the one on the right 5 up from the bottom. it was a 10A fuse. looked fine to me, replaced it and nothing different. what should my next move be...?

I jsut got my R33 GTS-T a few days ago and was surprised...it beig the first turbo car i'd driven...at how easy it is to speed in these and not notice it. i was jsut wondering if mines a stockish GTS-T where do people with modded GTR's or GTS-T's use the power...only tracks? also is there a place i can check if i got caught speeding, or how long does a letter take?

just got my car back from compliance and all that and the stereo wont turn on. when i test drove the car the stereo worked...does anyone know why it might have stopped? it's on of the stock head units for the '95 R33 GTS-T. it's got a single DIN with a tape that look like the main unit...then one above it with a cd cartridge that holds 3 cds. it doesn't look like it's getting any power at all...any ideas. cheers mark,

jsut wondering if anyone can tell me if a series 2 steering wheel will fit on a series 1.5 and how much it would cost to have it fitted...will the airbag and everything stil lwork perfectly? cheers, Mark
