  1. I'm not getting the flu shot this year. I'd rather get sick leave
  2. I only had to take 4 days off to get a week and half break pretty much. A much needed break ROFLMAOCOPTORWTFBBQ
  3. must...resist...urge...to...say..."that's what she said"
  4. You're no fun, you know that right? Pretty sure it has been done, it's not a straight bolt in, but not a huge amount of effort.* *DISCLAIMER: May be totally inaccurate
  5. afaik, they work exactly the same, just an atmo one dumps the air to atmosphere (usually, but not always, via a trumpet of some sort) while a recirc one runs a hose to dump the air back into the intake.
  6. Definitely. If your hose is big enough (that's what she said)
  7. Morning That's what she said The jailbait is there regardless of temperature... I wanted to play something else with Josh...
  8. Get 16 as well, its not on the disc because it didn't fit Alfa 4 burner would go good with a turbo...
  9. Sound deadener removal today. Big thanks to Dave and Kyle for helping out I bought 15kg of pellets and a 5kg block. It wasn't enough pellets , but that didn't really matter as it didn't work very well anyway. Some, such as the stuff on the trans tunnel, practically fell off after hitting it with the ice: Other stuff was more stubborn, the ice doing practically nothing at all, and we resorted to the chisel and hammer method: But then Dave cracked out his heat gun, and this worked MUCH better, heat it up and just scrape it off with a paint scraper. This section was done with the heat gun: So we have decided that Italian sound deadener is much more susceptible to heat than cold. I'll have to clean off the rest of the gunk with wax and grease remover or something.
  10. For Geoff: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Fu...Ki-t317218.html
  11. Got the roof lining out (f*cking c*nt of a job that was, f*cking italians) but theres still some foam up there I didn't get time to remove. Never mind. Also vacummed all the cr*p off the floor so all ready for dry icing tomorrow. Lots and Lots of rust . Well, its only a handful of spots really, but those spots are all BAD. . Nothing a Grinder and Welder can't solve.
  12. seems I have a couple of volunteers, but the more the merrier come round if your bored
  13. Lunchtime progress shots: Dash out, loom removed. Only bits of loom left are the bits that go through the floor. They won't get in the way of dry icing though: Engine bay is also more or less devoid of wiring: Will probably tackle the roof lining this arvo, but she's all set for dry ice tomorrow regardless Also, the ring pull thing next to the bonnet release I posted earlier, it also goes to the bonnet release. I guess they decided the main one would probably break, so there should be a backup And the fuel thing, that hose runs into the engine bay and wasn't connected to anything. I guess it probably went to some sort of charcoal canister or something originally. Questions for motorsport gurus: Do I need to run a dash? Can I run a plexiglass windscreen?
  14. morning mangs should not have started watching burn notice...
