Sidd maybe just burn the edges of her arm, or the other way to go around it... darken the city stuff behind her, so she's heaps brighter. maybe you a graduated drop from the top so the water is unchanged. Thanks Rhys... You have to get rid of the rig manually with paint brush and clone stamp. It takes a while but like anything it will get easier/yield better results after time and practice. it pays to know photoshop sometimes. Rolling shots are still good man. Well need the lolvo. We can do some shots of the lolvo in a few weeks one afternoon too

Details: Friday 27th. 7:00pm There's some good city shots to be had from here that most people don't know about. Wharf Cresent, Near the casino. Shouldn't have to pay for parking, once we're all there we can work out if we need food or not, then head to darling harbour and rocks for some shots, followed by a stroll around the cbd. if someone has a better plan i'm open to suggestions... if not, this is the plan.

I love the lighting and how sharp that pic turned out man. good shot. the shapes in the background add a bit too somehow. put it front page! I hope to have the boom part built and ready for further testing this coming weekend. The other 2 shots are just tests but i thought I'd share You find them anywhere else (unless you've got friend status on flickr) yep carbon is kinda new... as are the lights... car is looking a bit tougher these days Just need to knock an inch off the height and i'll have some stance yo!

Well, I thought I'd share the results of my first experiment with actual rig shots. actually, it's my 2nd attempt, but the first attempt was with a $5 piece of junk that nearly cost my camera (FAIL) I haven't made a boom yet. Hope to get this done during the week. Having a limited range of positions i thought I'd get creative to try to tap some angles not usually done by others. thoughts?

wow! some more awesome action shots. all very good! You have media pass from looking at the locations? Here's something different to the normal cars I shoot. A Holden FX Ute. Built in the late 60's locally. Lovely car. THis one was built up from a rusty shell by a friend and his old man. They've currently working on a pro-stock Vdub beetle for something different Enjoy! It's available in 1920x1080 on my site too.

i was actually thinking the car idea, if someone linked it to this 'hoon' club could be cast with a bad light quite easily. I'm not sure of ideas, something clever and possibly witty. I'll give you an example when I think of one. Something more elaborate than just getting out and having a pretend costume fight (which would be funny as f*k) I'll get back to you shortly

I don't know about the getting out of cars and fighting thing... but ths whole video thing could be awesome. does any one have any sweet skillz? (PEZ)

ok, so the april shoot didn't happen. it's to cold and you'd need to get up to early for a sunrise at the moment. so change of plans. let's hit up the city for an adventure and get some night shots of some icons and maybe even some muck around shots. I'm thinking later in the month might be easier to plan for... thoughts?
