Recent tyres, brake pads, steering column, fluids etc. My original car (2nd owner), sold to my brother. A well loved car and a good daily driver. 3. It is if you use Internet Connection Sharing, but doesn't have a built in switch or routing capability.
  4. I reckon this one sounds like a good deal if you're after "cheap as" access. http://www.swiftdsl.com.au/adsl-plans-prices.htm $45 for 256k with 2Gb incl. and 6cents per Gig over that... Otherwise, the Netspace or Internode plans are the best IMO (not that i've actually tested them) The company I work for re-sells Datafast and that has been quite good...
  5. Had a top night guys! Nice to finally meet some of you... How good was the rice efforts of Majanal and Duncan...? Fully Sik! I'll send my pics around later... Hopefully this is the start of more 'stupid idea' nights! Oh yeah, and the movie was pretty good too. A lot better than I expected. Especially liked the Skyline nailing the Supra at the start!
  6. Probably be needing someones jumpers by the end of the night running 2 big amps and a crappy little stock battery... See ya's tonight... Carlo: Can I get my membership pack off you tonight?
  7. Same here... Might just have to bring the GF instead... :bahaha: Pretty sure I'm coming...
  8. Well, actually no. When signing up with TPG, they give you a 'Dynalink' USB modem, not a D-Link. Different brand.... http://www.dynalink.com.au/products/ale070.htm
  9. It's actually for a friend who decided he needed a router, which the 200 doesn't have...
  10. Hey Guys, Pretty much brand new Adsl USB modem. Original box, packaging and software. Only used for a couple of hours. http://www.dlink.com.au/products/broadband/dsl200/ Also have a D-link line filter, still in unopened pack. Was after $100 for the lot, but will sell separately if required. Sydney buyers preferred.
  11. Eeewww... Just thought that my battery wont be able to handle 4 odd hours of stereo time without the engine going... Do they still have the speaker things you put in your window instead of tuning your radio into sound? You know, like the one that flips the Flintstone-mobile in the start of the cartoon?
  12. I'm in the same boat as Luke C. Can you please confirm you got my membership application and money. Any idea how long it will be until the next batch of send outs?
  13. MFX_R33: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...25&pagenumber=1 Think there's a couple in that thread.
  14. I'm interested too. Sounds good. I do like that logo from the Jackets thread, but are we going to go just skyline, or 'Skylines Australia'?
  15. Hurry the hell up people.. I've already paid my money and sent my paperwork and I have to wait until another heap of you signup so i can get my cards and sticker...
  16. Ok cool.. Put me down for the biggest size you can get! I love the logo! That's gotta go on the front! How about the www.skylinesaustralia.com URL on the back? Not sure about the names on the back... its going to look a bit too much like a high school/American college thing...
  17. Hey xzotik1, do you have any pics yet? I think I like the blue/black idea. Do you have any other sources that can do logos?
  18. Yeah its the addon to front bar. There's a couple of them that i have found by searching the net. 1998 Skyline R33 "NG Style" Front Bar Lip and 1997 Skyline R33 "A Style" Front Bar Lip. I got a quote from Carmate in Cabra of $500. Painted and fitted, but that's still a bit expensive for me... www.carmate.com.au - has a pic of them both. Maybe we can get a group buy happening?
  19. The JVC's are a lot cheaper... There's a reason for that too. Have heard from a few places that they've had a lot returned. At least one of them was a reliable source. The rest of them were probably just typical salesmen, trying to make me pay almost double for the Pioneer deck. :sly: I'm still happy with my purchase and have played with it a lot more since my last post. Figured out the cd-text thing. Was just my crappy old 8x SCSI burner..
  20. Yeah, I heard that a new headlight for a sII is about $600ish!
