Hi all, I was wondering where my brother can get a clutch for his car. Its a Pulsar GTiR and he was looking at EXEDY clutches, I think they have something called a Hyper Single Plate Clutch Anyway, he has a brosure for Speedworks with the EXEDY clutches on it, not price, but he wants to know what type of clutch to get and who can install it.... cheers

The ATTESSA system in the R32 GTR is pretty good for its torque-split-ness. I notice it only kicks in (that is, the front torque guage shows a reading) when I launch hard from a standing stop or I go over slight bump on the freeway etc. It will never have more than 50% of the drive at the front wheels anyway and to get that you wouldn't have time to notice what the guage is reading as you adjust the awesome slide you are in

I neglected the 'BP' part of that location and just went to the only truck stop on the corner of abernethy and kewdale and though it was kinda strange seeing skylines go past in 3 different directions.

BP truck stop? yeah I was at a sheel truck stop on the corner of kewdale and abernethy... I drove around the general area and didn't see one...

one continued on down Kewdale Rd, two continued on down Abernethy and the other went the other way down Abernethy I went for a drive down Kewdale and Abernethy and couldn't find any other truck stops....did everyone go to the truck stop on the corner?

HEHEH, today on my way back from 'The Kewdale Truck Stop' I took Great Eastern Highway and turned around that long left hand sweep up on the the Graham Farmer freeway. I had this commodore beside me so I kept my foot in it and was doing about 60/70kms around and up on to the freeway. Held at 80 (coz thats the limit) and he slowly eases past me at about 90 in the righ tlane and parks him self up behind some small barina. Then threw the tunnel I catch him up and sit on his arse coz he's being a knob and having to brake because he is just that close with his auto POS commonwhore. He then turns off the freeway and I stare him down as he looks across at me for a few seconds. (At this time I am listening to the main chorus in Metallica - St. Anger) Poor predictable bastard :lol:

Hey! Whats the dillio? I went down and there (there at about 12:40pm) and nobody was there I saw 4 Skylines (3 R33's and a GMG R32 GTR) drive past and not pull into the truck stop and then I just drove home at 1pm. Was I at the wrong truck stop?!

Ive never got any of that shit before, I guess the GTR is not seen like other Jap Imports . But whenever someone tails me I slow down...and its especially pleasing when theres a bus or something next to me (like there was the other day).....I usually get the 4WD's I get tailed on Whitfords ave coming of the freeway where its 70k's and everyone does 80 down the hill and its hits me when they think its my fault for going too slow

They are based in Belmont, in Perth and I work about a 2 minute drive from them , but its a distribution office only, not a store. Theres a fair list of cars I want already... I currently have 2 Jada Design Toys cars, a black Mitsu Eclipse and an light grey R34 GTR, but they are only 1:43 scale and I want the 1:18 scales B)

well, its sounds like you have the standard clutch and its slipping quite badly and can't handle to amount of boost going in. I found that out with a google search but the descriptions were talking about slipping when N2O kicked in.....

This has got me wondering now, what sort of power I can expect from mine. If you are running standard R32 GTR turbos, then my R34 GTR turbos should handle more power right?! I want to get my PFC + cam gears done in a few months and was hoping for around 350hp.... What boost is yours set at RRR?, looks to be around 16-17PSI from the sheet!?

no they don't, I was sure they made 205kw (276hp) My GTR has a few mods and makes.......see sig, which is 218kw I would be very weary of that high end power 'wiggle', that doesn't look good. My dyno sheet is very smooth compared to that

I have 3 words for you, Maintenance, Wash, Repeat maintenance on a high performance engine is critically. Sometimes you will forget and say to yourself "when was the last time I did a fluids (engine, gearbox, diffs, cooling) change"?! One thing I notice with my GtR when doing the gearbox oil the other day is that the front left and right hand side jack points are damaged
