Good luck Squizz!
And make sure you post your times! :uh-huh:
edit: squizz I saw your car in the wasteland ... very nice dude
should be able to lay down some mean times
I went to Repco to get some stuff to clean my AFM.
I ended up doing as rev210 said and bought some electrical contact cleaner as it leaves no residue.
The guy at Repco said do not with a captial never use brake cleaner as it leaves a residue and can stuff up the AFM.
But I guess on the other hand guys here have used the brake cleaner and it's been ok.
Haven't tried it on mine yet though ... I'll do it Saturday and see if mine idles smoother
Yo checked that too
This is killing me hey!
At the moment I have to listen to shitty tapes coz I can't get good reception from the radio either!!!
Do you know the authorized Pioneer repairer in Perth by any chance
That's exactly what I did.
And using MDF made a SHITLOAD of difference to the sound.
The wood brings out the mid-range and bass due to the strength of the material not absorbing these frequencies.
I had 7x10" Kenwoods mounted straight into the shelf to start with. After a while I took them out and made a new MDF shelf and mounted the speakers into it.
After doing that I'd never have a rear shelf not made out of MDF.
Try it ... you won't go back
And its very easy to do.
rigga, my car doesnt have an aerial that extends
it's just one of those aerials that's in the glass.
the only thing i could think of was that the metal in the garage construction was boosting the signal.
which means the car's aerial is probably shit
mmm checked that couldnt see anything
normally when the power comes on the stacker makes a noise like it's sorting the cds in the cartridge or something.
now it makes no noise at all
I'd be keen on a strut brace for the front of my R32.
How much would you be selling them for?
edit: also, do you have any pics of what it would look like?
cheers
