    My boost guage reads 22 InHG when at idle When the car is off it reads 2 InHG Shouldn't it read 0 InHG when the car is off? Then .... the boost has been set to 12-13 psi, but is the reading really only 10-11psi? Is that why I haven't noticed too much of a difference after putting all this shit in? Or is it just the stock cooler? Me = stumped

    laggy? damn! is the vg30 much laggier than the standard turbo?

    hehehe sure is mate it's lots of fun! today i put in a bleed valve but hasn't seemed to make toooo much of a difference. Maybe it just needs the front mount

    Cheers heaps guys I think I might try and get a FMIC fitted and then chuck on the VG30 and a bigger pump. That'll do me for the moment

    meggala: yeah mate I got my car last week! the modifying bug surely has bitten well 200rwkw should be fine for me ... so maybe I'll stick to the VG30 I'm thinking FMIC, vg30 turbo, gtr pump for the moment. Then get it tuned. How does that sound to start with? I was gonna go for this hybrid thing but I don't think I'll bother. Maybe in a couple of years when I'm an Engineer making proper moolah I'll get something bigger

    what are these turbos? I have a VG30 turbo to put on my RB20. Would one of these hybrid T3/T4 turbos be much better? Pardon my ignorance I know nothing :bonk: :confused:

    ahh well i took the easy way out it's going to supertec in the morning to get the bleed valve, boost guage and blow off valve fitted ... i couldn't be stuffed trying to do it myself, especially when i have exams and i just want the things to be in heheheh cheers anyway mate

    I definitely won't pay 50-55 bux for a dyno run or two. Most clubs organize dyno days for $25-30 per car. If we get it for this price, I'm definitely down for it :burnout:

    I've got a Greddy one where you can change two memories so you can have two preset times. You don't need anything fancy though with all that 1/4 mile bullshit. Just something that lets the car cool down for a while.

    Adam how does the redline oil feel in the gearbox? Does it make it a bit smoother? My gearbox feels a little hard to get into 1st and 5th??

    That's cool mate ... if Bruce is telling people the wrong info then your mate has good reason to be pissed off! Sorry if anyone got the wrong impression by my post :innocent: But on another note, I agree that both Fibre Vison and the Spoiler Shop do great work ... I have seen examples of both and think they are very good.

    I only say that because I went to the Spoiler Shop and asked for an R32 GTR front bar and they said $xxx. I then went to Fibre Vision and theirs were a lot cheaper, so I asked why. Then Bruce said that he supplied the Spoiler Shop with their gear, so they had to mark up his prices. Sorry mate I didn't mean to offend ... I should have got my facts straight first before posting

    There's no point in going to the Spoiler Shop as they buy all their bodykits from Fibrevision. Just go straight to the source and save $$ :burnout:

    Lately when I've been browsing SAU forums, I have to click on links twice or click on refresh all the time, coz the page starts to load and then stops. How come this is happening? It only started recently like in the last week or so. This doesn't happen on any other forums though :confused:

    What about a picture of a truck or some sort of vehicle that got stuck trying to get under something that's too low? or too small? I have a funny picture in my head of a truck trying to get into a tunnel that's too small and getting stuck and trying to heave it's way through. His ass is gonna wish it wasn't the tunnel :burnout:
