You can see how the 910 just like fits the stock bracket.. 040 or 044 must be quite an effort
yeah... it was a bit difficult to find the spot.. but i checked the stock spot a few times just to see where it sat stock.. then made sure the aftermarket one went in exact same spot.
james: do you have a bill from your work yet?
probably the best method is too actually soak the rubber in petrol overnight so that it expands before you put it in..
my pickup fell off.. drove it around the block few times.. opened it up again.. saw it had come off.. put it back on.. drove around block.. opened up again next day just to check .. seems to have been ok since.
rb25: dialing in the gear is easy.. takes 1 minute..

I think people were a little confused.. I don't think Shan was bagging drift at all.
What he *was* bagging i think was young guys trying to emulate the pro drifters and take it to the streets, and as a result stuff themselves or their cars up.. or even worse others. That is because proper drifting isn't easy!
Maybe RB stands for "rubber boat" ?? But obviously the japanese do attach english names to many things otherwise it wouldn't come out of the factory with a little "skyline" on the bootlid. Whether its "Race bred" or "Rabid Bitch" is open for discussion..
I don't think you're meant to wax or polish it for a while after its been resprayed.
But i'm sure maybe you're best off asking them what products to use to keep the finish tasty
as long as you run over 1/2 a tank all the time, you should be right until you can have some time to find the pickup. With a torch you should be able to see inside. There is a small indent where it is meant to sit inside, maybe its sitting down the bottom of there?
